My DVD burner is utterly totaled, but it could be worse, it could have caught on fire. 
I was kind of ticked because it stopped working and destroyed blank discs, so I called Dell and with only me telling them that my drive was broken, they are shipping me a new drive. Warranties are cool, man.
Well now, the drive won’t play DVDs anymore and it comes out part way sometimes on its own. I push the eject button and it tries to decide which way to go for a couple seconds before it goes back in. Technology is cool, but it really sucks sometimes. Ow, dangit, it just caught my hand. That hurt (a little).
This week will be pretty busy; I’ve got something to do almost every night. Tonight it looks as though I’ll be eating hotdog bagels. We ran out of bread last night. It is weird that we run out of bread before we run out of bagels. We did have a lot of bagels, man.
Well, I am off to write my friend Ashley in Arizona a letter (here’s hoping I send it this time).
By the way, that DVD drive in the picture is not mine, just an illustration to prove a point.
That’s really cool about the job and very cool about the temple. I had forgotten that you got that calling. I’m glad it turned out well! yay for things…going…well….yay! Um..and oh yeah, i should really write Ashley sometime. I’m so bad about letters. Rice Krispies are called Rice Bubbles. I think that’s weird.
