yoga

I’ve been doing a workout program with someone the last couple of days. Today was yoga day. I can’t believe how much my legs hurt. I am going to be in so much pain tomorrow. After the first five minutes I decided to just forget about self consciousness and go with it. After that I was fine…except for those poses on one leg with the other leg straight backwards and the torso and arms extended out front. How do they expect humans to do that?

Goodluck with that Clint! I understand completely. I like yoga though, except the downward facing dog, after awhile my wrist start to hurt.
