So, according to Google, I’m the 3rd most important Clint Martin in the world.  I guess it helps that it is my domain name.

Thanks to BeyondTV, I was watching Mythbusters this week.  They were doing a special on pirates (arrr…again) and they received a myth that pirates didn’t wear eyepatches because of eye injuries (seriously, how often could that happen?) but because if they kept one eye behind a patch, it would remain adjusted to the dark so if they had to jump below deck, they could just switch the eyepatch to the other eye and see with a already-adjusted eye.  They tested it and it works.   That’s genius!
