Apparantly Mr. Pate has gotten himself into a small bit of trouble. The only real reason I dislike him is I worked at a restaurant that was in one of his development areas. He came in almost everyday, treated the servers badly (unless they brown-nosed to a disgusting degree), and was an all-around jerk. That’s a shame.
