don’t sign me up for sainthood yet

So I talked to my dad about the whole “doing shoots on Sunday” thing. He brought out some good points that threw me right back on the fence. I guess my biggest concern would be the fact that by working in the industry I am bound to pick up some bad habits. I as worried about major things as I am worried about developing so many relatively minor things, I get bogged down. That sounds weird, but it makes sense in my head, so….

The Office (BBC version) is absolutely the best TV show made this decade so far. I just got finished watching the final special episode. They did two seasons (six episodes each) and then they did two special episodes. I haven’t been on the edge of my seat to see what would happen in a long, long time. Especially for a TV show. I mean. TV?!?

The thing is, because the regular season ended in such a way that was so uncommon to TV shows, you weren’t even certain that loose ends were going to be delt with because who knows what these crazy people are going to throw at you? Wow. It ended perfectly. Absolutely perfect.

Oh yeah, don’t watch it if you are squeamish, it is a bit skanky at times. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

What channel and what time does this show come on, and is it already over?

It used to come on BBC America and I think that they still show the reruns. I watched it on DVD. NBC is making an American version that is going to air starting next Thursday. From the promos it looks funny, but not quite as good as the original.

not that this means a whole lot, but my Grandpa is a Patriarch, and sometimes he HAD to work on Sunday’s because of his job. Of course he would’ve preferred to not, but sometimes, u gotta do what u gotta do. He’s the most spiritual/best man I know, seriously.
