So, last night I dreamed that Larry the Cable Guy was the ruler of some 3rd world country.  Really.  Even in the dream I was questioning the plausibility of this by assuming that other countries had the same citizenship requirements for their top executive.  So, either Larry had to have dual citizenship or he lead a violent upheaval of a pre-existing government.  Probably a violent upheaval.

Geez, I need more sleep.
